Our newest Museum addition is the children's "Imagination Station" for preschoolers to sixth grade. These special exhibits offer hands-on learning experiences, helping children to relate to our High Desert history.

This new program provides settings for children and their families to explore together the lives and events, past and present, of pioneers in various careers.

Among the interactive displays are the old school house, the antique telephone switchboard, the fire-fighting equipment, police uniforms, and mining prospectors gold panning equipment.

The unique "Cave Door" entry is just inside the Museum Gift Shop.
